I'll be giving a presentation at the 2026 Northwest Philosophy Conference on October 30-31 at Lewish and Clark College, "The Multifarious Teleology of Color Perception."

I teach philosophy at Evergreen State College. My research interests are in philosophy of mind and metaphysics.
I also enjoy teaching courses in logic and critical thinking, early modern philosophy, ethical theory, and social and political philosophy.
